Company Principal Rick Nigol has been working in the adult learning field for nearly four decades, and in the eLearning field specifically, for nearly three decades.

For 20 years (2003 – 2023), he was Co-founder & Senior Consultant for eLearn Campus Inc., a full-service eLearning design and development company. While at eLearn Campus, Rick oversaw hundreds of custom eLearning development projects for educational, corporate, professional association and government clients.

Before that, starting in 1986, Rick held many positions in continuing and open learning at the University of Guelph, culminating in managing UofG’s online learning program in its first eight years.

Rick is an instructor in St. Lawrence College’s eLearning Developer program.
